Act 264 of the 2013 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature requires all unclassified employees earning $100,000 or more annually to provide proof within 30 days of hire that they have a valid Louisiana Driver's license and that all vehicles registered in their name have been registered in the State of Louisiana. Accordingly, successful candidates impacted by Act 264 will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of employment.
